More than square meters in a factory with machinery and equipment, we are people committed to health, this is our mission. Our online products go beyond physical rehabilitation, as they carry the essence of life within them. We are recognized because we believe in the orthopedic market and we design our products with the end user in mind. The patient!
We created the Stars line together with Bioscience Medical in La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland). The Orion Intramedullary Nails, in the area of traumatology, were the precursors of the line launched in May 2015. Our latest launch is the Atria plate line, with a revolutionary design and high technology.

Founder of Biomecanica, has a technical course in accounting, graduated in mechanical engineering from UNESP in Bauru-SP, specialized in bioengineering, with 37 years of experience in orthopedics and for over 30 years has been director of ABIMO (Associação Brasileira da Indústria of Medical, Dental, Hospital and Laboratory Articles and Equipment).
Ana Carolina Pengo
CEO
Graduated in architecture from UNESP in Bauru, specialist in buildings aimed at the health area, she worked in some renowned architectural firms in São Paulo. He took over the direction of Biomecanica in the administrative, financial, design and development, production and QMS (Quality Management System) areas. He currently serves as CFO of Biomecanica and Bioscience Medical in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
Mrs. Sônia Pengo | Diretora de Compras e Logística
Founding partner of Biomecanica and currently Director, Ms. Sônia Pengo is responsible for the Purchasing and Logistics areas. He took over this board in 2014.
Dr. José Roberto Pengo JúniorDiretor Clínico
Graduated in Medicine from the University of Iguaçu (2002), he holds a title in Orthopedics and Traumatology from the Brazilian Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (SBOT), internship at the Hip Group (IOT) at Hospital das Clínicas de São Paulo. E Title in Hip Surgery by the Brazilian Society of Hip (SBQ). It has an emphasis on Orthopedics and Traumatology, Hip Surgery and Trauma Surgery. He is currently an orthopedist and traumatologist at the CPACC Clinic (Research and Clinical Monitoring Center) and at the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Jaú Hospital.
Rafael Pengo
Legal Director
Lawyer, with an MBA in Materials Management from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), he has been working in the legal field since 2003. He is the Legal Director of Biomecanica.
